As we are not available by telephone or email 24/7 and you may be going through the site at a time we may not be available to answer a question, we have compiled a list of answers to the most commonly asked questions?
Of course you can contact us during our normal business hours by phone 1300 ALL MATERNITY(255 628)  or use the contact email if you cannot find the answer you’re seeking  our normal office hours Australian Eastern Standard time 9am- 5pm Monday to Friday, 10am- 4pm Saturday, unfortunately we are not available on Sunday
Register for Purchase
It is necessary to register to purchase on this site. When you first add items to the cart complete the registration and when you go to the checkout to complete the transaction your details will be automatically completed meaning a faster checkout.
If you wish to join our newsletter and receive email advice on special offers and sales make sure you tick the box to receive newsletters and put in the expected birth date to receive emails only up to that date.

Register for Wish list
When you choose an item to add to a wish list you will be redirected to a registration page to enter your login details or complete a new registration detail if not already registered. The registration is necessary for your wish list to be retained in the system and available for later retrieval, amend and can be then emailed or converted to an order once you have compiled a list you wish to purchase.
Online Shopping
When you have completed your shopping and finalise the cart checkout your credit card will be processed with the payment transaction, you will be emailed a confirmation of your order.Where you have chosen payment by bank transfer, you will be emailed the confirmation of your order and be advised our Bank account details for payment.If you have made any error in sizing or wish to amend anything you need to contact us immediately by either phone or email so we can amend your order prior to shipment.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we guarantee your money back or exchange of items. Please return the unworn item(s) within 21 days from the invoice date, with the freight prepaid, tags attached, and a brief reason for return on the invoice or a copy you received with your goods.

Please supply us with a daytime delivery address or a secure location e.g. work address (provide Name of business) or PO Box, as a signature will be required upon delivery. 
If no-one is available to accept delivery you'll receive a postal notification and you will be required to collect your parcel from your local post office.Please ensure all the address details are correct as we are unable to change once your order has been shipped.
Our garments are manufactured to suit your pre pregnancy sizing with allowance made for your changing shape of course there maybe some exceptions.The sizing chart is available to display on every item.
